"Our project turned out very well due to the hard work of the team at Countertops By Design. It was/is a big deal for us as we have been working/researching this project for quite some time, but they made it very enjoyable. The discussion with Casey is what sealed the deal of who we choose. His efforts,talents,explanations and product definitions/details were vital to us. Their selections were amazing! Then Link did the exact laser guided measurements of our kitchen. Again we had more questions - all were expertly answered. About a week or so later (after Alexander answered more of our questions with me concerning product, scheduling, etc.), three professional guys (and ALL the RIGHT tools and equipment) started the first "phase" of the granite install. Oh, yes... "phase"... this is a kitchen of my wife's dream... she can be "complicated"... The Install Team: J.J., Kam, and Derek did a great job. It flowed, never did they stand around. They were accurate, precise, polite, talented, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. For the next "phase", a week later, it was more of the same. They installed the vertical 4'x5' plus "cooktop backsplash" and all the other backsplash segments along with the window sill units. I can only imagine the crew behind the scenes at the shop that made this all happen... One we met was Aric. He took the time for computer sectional layout with my wife at the mill on all slabs to make sure of placement options and granite characteristics. Very impressive talent. What a great team!
Cost? They weren't the cheapest, and by far not the most expensive, (I wouldn't have gone the cheap route, because we all know how that goes...)
Overall: They were/are the best, they know what they are doing and I will be asking them back on other projects."
